Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for Domestic Orders

  • We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery – info@queenmalkia.com

Exchange Policy for Domestic Orders

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees to sent the exchange back to QueenMalkia. 
  • Your exchange will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Please note that there are no REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on International Orders
