Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy for Domestic Orders
- We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery – email@example.com
Exchange Policy for Domestic Orders
- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees to sent the exchange back to QueenMalkia.
- Your exchange will be processed within 5 days of receiving your package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
